Clarification Regarding Intellectual Property Violation for Submitted Image

I'm worried about my standing as a contributor on Adobe Stock, and I don't want this issue to affect my account or future submissions. Have you ever dealt with something like this before, or do you have any advice on how I should approach it?

Don't worry. You will learn from refusals. Refusals are not a bad thing, except if you get many refusals for the same issue and you do not change your submissions.

For some IP related refusals, I needed 4 submissions to get the asset cleared. Each time I adapted the picture a bit more until they passed. This helps to avoid those design elements in the future and helps to give advice on IP refusals.

Many toy designs are protected by trademark, even those not made by the giant toy companies. 

Intellectual Property in regards to stock is a fascinating topic in my view, I think there are some cases that are very clear, and others that have a bit of grey area.

Sometimes just removing the logos is enough, but I think this is a bit too distinct even with the logos or branding removed, assuming there were those in the first place.  I would suspect most model cars or toy cars that have a distinct design would fall into this category.  But I'm certainly no expert here, this is just my own personal observations.
