Clarification Regarding Multiple Adobe Stock Contributor Accounts and Payoneer Payout

Hello,

I need some clarification regarding my contributor accounts and payout. I previously had an Adobe Stock contributor account that was temporarily disabled, so I requested restoration. While waiting and believing I wouldn't get it back, I created a new contributor account and started uploading content. I've been using the new account regularly and already received payouts through my Payoneer account. Recently, Adobe restored my original contributor account, which currently has about 25 dollars in earnings. Since I only have one Payoneer account, can I use the same Payoneer account that's connected to my newer Adobe Stock account to receive the payout from my restored original account? And is it allowed to have both contributor accounts now? I don't want to violate any Adobe Stock policies.

Thanks for your help.

    See below.

Technically, you can’t have multiple contributor accounts without requesting an exception.

I’m wondering how you managed to create a 2nd account without triggering error messages. As near as I can guess, you must have used another name and email.

You’ll need to wait. Any attempt to withdraw a payout will probably result in another ban, as it is common practice to either randomly (or most likely regularly) investigate accounts following a payout request. This may happen in any case, since multiple accounts are no longer allowed and creating a new one while waiting the results of a disabled account is considered a means of circumventing Adobe’s T&C’s

You should not have started the second account. You need to contact contributor support ASAP and hope they can disable one account without disabling both.

Thanks for your reply! I actually emailed contributor-support@adobe.com 8 days ago to explain the situation, but I haven't received a response yet. Is there another way to reach them faster, or should I just keep waiting?
