Clarification Request Regarding EPS File Rejection for Intellectual Property

Dear Adobe Stock Team,

My EPS file was recently rejected for Intellectual Property reasons, while the JPG version of the same artwork was accepted. I would like to understand which specific element or object in the EPS file is considered intellectual property, so I can correct and resubmit it.

Could you please help identify the issue in the EPS file?

Thank you for your guidance.

Kind regards,

Papia Majumder

Did you submit both versions at the same time? IP issue or not, only one should have been submitted if you did so.

Yes, i was submit both versions at the same time.

I do not follow this process only for this project. I always follow this same process for all my submissions. If there is anything wrong with my process, could you kindly guide me so I can improve and follow the correct approach in the future?

You should only submit one version. If they both get accepted, it could be because different moderators review the different versions. Double submissions can come back to bite you if it happens too often.

The red noses on the reindeer are IP.

Human Moderators can be inconsistent, and perhaps not all of them realize that Rudolph with a red nose is protected by IP. It's quite likely that your submissions were reviewed by different moderators,
