Closed Ticket Without Resolution

@Mat Hayward
@Ria Jairam
Good afternoon! It’s been more than 3 months since my page was deactivated. I’ve already submitted a ticket via the link provided many times. I’ve also sent an email. I’ve never been explained why my account was deactivated. I understand the reason for this myself, and I’ve written and explained many times that it was a technical error on the submittor’s side. And it was due to my own inattention. Once again, I’m asking you to restore my account so that I can rectify the situation and delete the files that were intended for editorial material on another platform. I’ve been collaborating with you for a long time. And I’ve had many files in the top positions in their respective categories. I still have some funds left in my account, which I deliberately didn’t withdraw because I trust you and value my collaboration with you. Adobe is my favourite stock platform. And I’ve accumulated a lot of shots on various topics that I’d like to upload. I kindly ask you to consider my case. And give me the opportunity to rectify the situation and continue uploading my work. This is my favourite thing and my family’s source of income. Thank you in advance!

    Please stop creating multiple posts on the same topic. This is counterproductive.

    @Yurka Casper,

    You’re shouting into the void here. Nobody from Adobe will see this post. Fellow users in this forum can’t help you.

    When Adobe Stock is ready to contact you, you’ll be notified. Probably not until then.

    While you wait, submit to other marketplaces and work on other projects.

    Good luck.

    You must wait. Also, continued efforts to contact Adobe can result in multiple case numbers, causing further delays.

    Adobe employees do not frequent this forum. If you have already made an appeal there is nothing left for you to do.
