i am using my own color in all content so this is make any issue

Yes, color matters. It could be an issue.

Files should be submitted as sRGB, if you are talking about colour profiles.

Not sure what you mean by this post. Could you be more specific? What do you mean, you use your own color?

If all the vector files have the same border color and background, then there won’t be any problem.

Hard to say without seeing the files. The subject should always be different, but assets do get rejected if the moderator feels they are too similar to each other.
