Concern Regarding Declining Downloads After Account Reactivation

Some time ago, my account was blocked and then reactivated, but after it was reopened, the number of downloads was not as high as before and kept decreasing over time.

This is normal. When your account is blocked and then reopened, everything kind of reverts back to when you first joined Adobe Stock. So assets that sold and were moved higher up in the search algorithm lost their "seniority," so they will need to be sold again to move higher up again in the algorithm. It's just the way it works.
