If your account gets suspended, you won't be able to submit. You won't know that in advance, however, accounts only get suspended for violations of the terms and conditions of your contributor contract. I suggest you check that and the submission guidelines so that it won't happen.

Reviewed, delays have nothing to do with account status. Many of us are experiencing significant delays in reviews. Adobe Moderators are adding ~1 million assets to the database every day and they simply can't keep up with the flood of submissions.

A large number of contributors are experiencing delays. It has nothing to do with your account.
