Concern Regarding Derivative Recreation of My Top-Downloaded Motion Graphics

Hi everyone,
I need some guidance regarding a concern on Adobe Stock.

One contributor has recreated my most downloaded motion graphics video by keeping the same animation, layout, timing, and structure, and only changing the font of the text. These assets were created by me after proper research, market demand analysis, and a lot of effort.

After this unauthentic recreation was uploaded, I have not received a single download on my original top-performing asset. Additionally, the contributor has used very similar titles, descriptions, and tags to my original assets.

I would like to understand if this is considered derivative content under Adobe Stock guidelines and what the correct steps are to protect original work in such cases.

Thank you for your support.

Adobe tells you what to do:

"If you believe someone has uploaded content to an Adobe service that infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, please let us know by sending us an Intellectual Property (“IP”) infringement notice. "
