Good afternoon! Six months ago, I received a message on my profile saying, "Congratulations! Click here to select and activate your Creative Cloud app". Could you please tell me how to remove this message? After closing this message and refreshing the page, it will reappear

You have one year to take advantage of the offer, so it serves as a reminder. After one year, it will probably go away.

…and except is you are an all Apps customer, you should take advantage of that nice free one year complementary subscription of the asset you always wanted to have.

You can remove it each time you log in to your Contributor account, however it will reappear next time. There's no way to permanently remove it. Just look at it as a nice reminder of the bonus that you earned.
