I want to create consistent image character with different clothing style and sell it as a bundle.How do i do that?

By combining them into one file using Photoshop or any graphics program. Just keep the size under 45MB.

No, as a single jpg (or a png, if transparency is involved), if I'm understanding what you mean by submitting the same character with three different clothing styles.
