contact adobe

Hello everyone,

I have been an Adobe Stock Contributor since 2019, and my portfolio consists entirely of images and videos created by myself.

On August 28, I suddenly discovered that my account had been suspended due to "suspicious activity".

I am the copyright holder of all the files uploaded to the platform. I have never created or uploaded AI-generated content, and it has actually been more than a year since my last upload due to a lack of time.

I do not use a VPN, I have not made any changes to my payment details, and I have been using the exact same PayPal account since I started working with stock photography in 2015. My monthly sales have also remained stable and within the normal range.

Considering all these factors, I honestly cannot understand what might have triggered this suspension.

Immediately after receiving the notification email on August 28, I contacted Adobe by email, explaining the situation and requesting clarification and assistance in having my account reinstated.

More than two months have now passed, and I have still been unable to get in touch with someone who can actually help me or provide any explanation.

I also tried contacting Customer Support via live chat on October 26. Although I was assured that someone would contact me within 24–48 hours, the only thing that happened was that my original support ticket, which had already been open for almost two months, was closed, and I received an automated response. The support agent simply created a new ticket, but nobody has contacted me since, and I have received absolutely no assistance.

At this point, I genuinely don't know what else to do or how to get in touch with someone who can actually look into my case.

The process is taking an unusually long time, and I am beginning to wonder whether these delays are normal or if I may have done something wrong without realizing it.

I would really appreciate any advice or guidance from anyone who might be able to help me with this situation. I would also like to hear from other contributors who may have experienced a similar issue and could share how they managed to resolve it.

Thank you for your time and any help you can offer!

Best regards

Adobe does not participate in this forum. If you have not yet done so, file an appeal now to obtain a case number. In the meantime, your only option is to wait until Adobe completes their investigation, which, unfortunately, can take weeks or even months. Suspicious activity often has something to do with possible credit card fraud by a third party.

It would appear that some appeals result in a case number being supplied, while others say they received no response. It could be that responses get sent to the junk or spam folder and are overlooked. We don’t know for sure, but if you filed an appeal, I know of no reason it would not have been received. In any event, there is no way to contact Adobe beyond using the Contact link at the bottom of the page when you attempt to access your dashboard. That too, may result in receiving no response or at most a generic one that is of little help. I personally believe, based on the large number of contributors posting about their accounts being disabled, that Adobe is swamped with current investigations. Even if you were able to reach someone, Adobe would not prioritize your request for a quick resolution.

Thank you for your reply and for sharing this information.

Yes, I did open a support ticket on August 28, the very same day my account was suspended. However, I haven't received any response or update for more than two months.

I was mainly curious to know whether it is normal for the investigation process to take this long, whether other contributors have experienced a similar situation, and how they eventually managed to resolve it.

I was also wondering if there is any other way to get in touch with Adobe directly, such as an email address or phone number, where I could speak to someone who might be able to provide some clarification or assistance.

Thank you again for taking the time to respond!

    Hi @daniellei4510 ,

You said a ticket was closed, Which ticket was it?

Once you file an appeal, provided the ticket remain open, the only thing you do is wait. Some contributors report waiting for up to 4 months. There is no other way.

    Best wishes
