Content discussion forum?

Is there a forum where I can post an image and get an idea why it is being rejected?

Being new to this, I find some of the rejections perplexing/inconsistent and feel I'm probably missing something in the photos that someone else might be seeing.

I understand the stuff on the page which describes the reasons for rejections, so I don't need to be given that link.
