Hi everyone!

Fairly new here, I just want to talk about how is everyone's workflow, strategies and how do they come up with the idea and reason to make such content to stand out. Just tell me your thought process and what makes you think that piece of work will succeed.

For me I been researching a lot on how to make better content and not useless images that nobody will use (I only use AI). My current "Content Making Strategies" are:

1- SEARCH: Simply search Adobe Stock, look what market gaps there are for example if an image or term has around UNDER 10,000 results I try to submit a few images in that section. I need opinions on this, how many results are "TOO MUCH" or "DON'T BOTHER SUBMITTING ANYMORE" do you all consider to be a lot?

2- USE CASE: But yourself in the buyer's shoes, just like that one popular video of "sell me this pen" if said buyer doesn't need that pen or has no use case for it, it wont sell. I try to think of how will this piece of content I made be used for example a YouTube video, Website UI, etc.

3- "RECENT TOP SELLERS": This one is a huge strategy that I have been using recently, basically go to the insights and look what the recent top sellers are actually selling and making profit from. And I simply just copy it... IM KIDDING I get inspiration from it and try to make something similar in style to it with a twist, for example if a set of sunflower illustrations is selling a lot right now I go and make some set of roses or something etc.

4- EVENTS: I try to also submit event based content like Halloween or Christmas so when the time comes eventually I will have something related to that time of the year there on the shelves.

TL;DR
Point of this post is me needing feedback on my strategies AND finding what and how other people's workflows are and their strategies on making and selling content.

Thanks for reading ^^

Adobe offer plenty of help on the subject. Telling you my strategies would be like telling Pepsi Cola my CocaCola recipie.
But, You are on the right track. Do not submit to oversaturated markets. Remember the search terms you use to proof the market might not reflect what buyers are using or how many assets are available. Deversify your subject matter, use good keywording and maintain quality. That is the proper strategy.
