Content rejected. What could be the reason?

Hi. I uploaded my sketch,but it was refused for some technical reasons. Can someone please tell me what that could be. Upoloaded as image, property release was added. The sketch is attached below. Thank you!

Check your picture at 200-300%. I see artefacts, that may have been introduced by uploading here.

If they are present in the original scan, you will need to rescan at a better quality. I also think that the house is quite crooked. That disturbs me.
