Content review is done by trained Moderators once you submit your assets for review. There is no avenue for you to skip to the head of the line and get your content reviewed faster, nor is there a way to dispute their decisions or request an additional review.

The submission process is the same for everyone. See link below for details.

https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/uploading-content.html

You upload assets from your Contributor panel.
Add title, description & relevant keywords.
Hit submit button.
Wait patiently for a review decision.

Review times vary depending on how many other assets are ahead of yours in the wait queue.

On average, 5-15 days for photos & vectors.
1-3 months for Generative AI Illustrations.

Carefully read the submission requirements beforehand so you fully understand them.

We do occasionally hear of some accounts / assets being reviewed faster than others; but Adobe has not indicated why or how this happens. I suspect that some accounts which have shown good sales history so far, as well as a high acceptance rate, are somehow boosted higher in the review queue, but that's just a guess. If your "friend" won't tell you, I guess it will remain a mystery...
