I have submitted few images couple of years back but they are still in review, what can be the reason?

I believe that you have not completed the proccess, i have the same issue, and i have found this message ssomewhere.

 

The model release and/or property release you submitted was not properly completed.

You must submit a properly completed and legibly written release for every and all identifiable people and property. Therefore, we need a signed release authorizing the unrestricted commercial usage of the content.
