Question

Contributor account appeal pending for over 3 months – has anyone experienced this?

My Adobe Stock contributor account, active since 2019, was deactivated on March 19, 2026.

During six years as a contributor, I never received a warning or suspension and I have always complied with the Adobe Stock Contributor Terms and Submission Guidelines.

I submitted an appeal on the same day and have since sent several follow-ups through the official Contributor Support channels. Most recently, Adobe Support advised me to contact Contributor Support directly, which I had already done.

It has now been over three months without receiving the outcome of my appeal or any update regarding its status.

Has anyone experienced a similar waiting period, or is there another way to confirm whether my appeal is still under review?

Thank you.

    Hi @emmanouils85598697

Others report waiting more than 4 months. Sending multiple follow-up emails in short successions will not speed-up the process. Adobe will respond as soon as it’s your turn.

Please note: Adobe reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice. This is highlighted in the Agreement you signed.

    Best wishes

Thank you for your reply. I appreciate you taking the time to respond.

I understand that Adobe has Contributor Terms and that account reviews are necessary to protect the platform.

My concern is that every contributor should also be able to rely on a fair and timely review process. After contributing since 2019 and waiting over three months without knowing whether my appeal is still under review or whether a decision has been made, the uncertainty has become very difficult from both a professional and business perspective.

Unfortunately, some contributors have indeed waited over three months to hear back from Adobe. I would also suggest that you refrain from making follow-up requests for updates, as this can result in creating additional ticket numbers and slow down the process of investigating your account. It can also depend on the number of investigations ahead of yours.

Thank you for your reply. I appreciate you taking the time to respond.

I wasn't aware that additional follow-up requests could generate separate tickets, so I will refrain from sending any further requests and simply wait for the outcome.

My main concern is the prolonged uncertainty. As a contributor since 2019 with a large portfolio, I am currently in limbo and unable to make informed decisions about the future distribution of my work until I know whether my appeal has been approved or denied.
