Contributor account blocked since August, no response from Support

Hello,

My Adobe Stock contributor account was blocked back in August 28 2026 for "suspicious activity".

I submitted an appeal via the contact form immediately, but it has been about two months and I have received zero response from Contributor Support.

Due to this block, my pending payouts were also frozen, and I have not received my earned royalties. I only sell my own original video footage, I have not violated any rules, and I am fully prepared to provide the original raw files of my videos to prove my authorship. I suspect there might be an error or a false report made against my portfolio.

Could a moderator please look into this or help escalate my case? I feel like my support ticket is completely lost in the system, and my earnings are stuck.
