Contributor Account Deactivated – No Response (Case IDs Included)

Hello everyone,

I am seeking guidance regarding my Adobe Stock contributor account, which was recently deactivated due to suspected unusual activity.

I have already contacted Adobe Contributor Support and submitted two requests:

  • Case ID: 00486702

  • Case ID: 00506551

It has now been over a week, and I have not yet received any update regarding my account status.

All my uploaded content consists of original vector designs, and there was no intention to violate any guidelines. I believe my recent increase in upload activity may have unintentionally triggered the system.

I would greatly appreciate any advice from the community or if someone from the Adobe team could kindly review my case.

Thank you for your time and support.

You are not addressing Adobe here but contributors like yourself, and we are unable to be of assistance. Use the "Contact us" link to ask for details and wait for a response if you have not already done so. It will most likely be awhile (possibly weeks) before you hear from them, other than a possible generic email notifying you that your email has been received. Keep an eye on your junk or spam folder if necessary. Do not attempt to contact Adobe repeatedly, as doing so can potentially slow down Adobe's investigation by creating multiple case numbers.

An investigation could several weeks or months. There are many other cases ahead of yours in the pipeline.

    • Be patient.
    • Work on other projects.
    • Submit work to other services.
    • Do not spam the system with multiple requests which could delay the process.

    Good luck.
