Contributor Account Deactivated - No Update on Appeal Case #00514520

Hello,
My Adobe Stock Contributor account (ID: 211898903) was deactivated recently. I received an official link to appeal under Case #00514520 and successfully filled out and submitted the transparency center appeal form about a week ago.
However, I have not received any confirmation or status updates regarding my appeal yet. As a vector artist who creates all original content, I am very anxious to know the progress. Could any Adobe Moderator or staff here please help look into this case or forward it to the review team?
Thank you so much for your support.

Unfortunately, Investigations can take weeks or even months. This is a contributor forum and Adobe staff does not participate here. Your only option is to continue waiting. Avoid asking for follow-ups, as this can create additional case numbers and slow down the investigation.

They told me about six months later that they'd conducted an investigation and uncovered numerous violations, even though I know I've always worked honestly and openly.
I suspect that I and all those who were blocked are victims of dishonest buyers. Everyone knows that Adobe Stock gives you the chance to download 10 free images upon registration!! We all know that you can create as many accounts with different email addresses and download images for free, but none of these people think they're ruining the authors' reputations and causing problems.
My story goes like this: last year, in August and September, I had a suspiciously high number of sales in two days. I was certainly happy at the time, but when I was blocked two months later due to suspicious activity, I thought my account had simply been stolen...

And those members who also remained on blocked accounts!!! And if Adobe responds that they are blocking, they'll probably blacklist the email address...

I probably wrote about 10 emails after that, offering to participate and assist in another investigation. I was ready to give everything I could to the investigation. But alas, there's been no response... it's been almost a year now...

You got further than me. I got an email with a link to the help section. I'm so frustrated. It's impossible to reach anyone.
