Contributor Account Deactivated Without Reason - Case ID 00516033 - Need Urgent Help

Hello, my Adobe Stock Contributor account was suddenly deactivated. I have already filled out the appeal form and my Case ID is 00516033. I have a massive portfolio of thousands of original designs with all layered PSD source files ready. My hard-earned payments are currently stuck, which is causing a huge impact on my business. I have received no update on my email for days. Can any moderator please help push my case to the review team? Thank you!

This user-to-user Contributor forum can’t help you.

Your case ID is before Adobe Contributor Support to investigate. That’s who you must deal with.

Be patient. Work on other projects. Submit content to other services.

    Good luck.

There is no known path to accelerate this. Some contributors report waiting times of up 6 months and more.

You are not addressing Adobe here but contributors like yourself, and we are unable to be of assistance. Use the "Contact us" link to ask for details and wait for a response if you have not already done so. It will most likely be awhile (possibly weeks) before you hear from them, other than a possible generic email notifying you that your email has been received. Keep an eye on your junk or spam folder if necessary. Do not attempt to contact Adobe repeatedly, as doing so can potentially slow down Adobe's investigation.
