Dear Adobe Contributor Relations,

I hope you are doing well.

I recently received an email on my primary Adobe account  stating that my Adobe Stock Contributor account has been deactivated due to suspicious activity.

I would like to clarify that I also own  and that Adobe Stock Contributor account was created unintentionally using that email address. I have never used that contributor account and have never uploaded any images, videos, or other content through it.

My active Adobe account is and I do not use the contributor account associated with

I kindly request that you review this case and let me know the specific reason for the deactivation. If the unused contributor account was flagged by mistake, I would appreciate your assistance in resolving the issue.

Thank you for your time and understanding. I look forward to your response.

We are not Adobe Contributor Relations but contributors like yourself and we are unable to be of assistance. Use the "Contact us" link to ask for details and wait for a response if you have not already done so. It will most likely be awhile (possibly weeks) before you hear from them, other than a possible generic email notifying you that your email has been received. Keep an eye on your junk or spam folder if necessary. Do not attempt to contact Adobe repeatedly, as doing so can potentially slow down Adobe's investigation. Also, you should refrain from publishing your email address on this forum out of privacy concerns.
