Contributor Account Pending Review for 5 Months - Need Assistance

Hello Adobe Staff and Community Experts,

My Adobe Stock Contributor account was deactivated 5 months ago. I submitted an appeal back then, but I have not received any status update yet.

Recently, I contacted Adobe Support via Live Chat and got my case escalated to the team.

My portfolio contains over 6,000 motion graphics/video files created in full compliance with Adobe's guidelines. Since I have been waiting for a long time, could an Adobe Staff member please check my account status or guide me on how to get an update from the Compliance Team?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    The members answering in this community are ordinary users and have no connection to the Adobe Stock department.
    As you can see by checking past questions, once you contact Adobe Stock, the only option is to wait for a reply.

    Nobody can help you here. We are not Adobe employees and employees do not follow this forum. Also, the live chat can not help. They are not there to support contributors. You must contact contributor-support but do not expect an answer. You submitted an appeal. There is really nothing more that you can do.
