I am a completely new seller on Adobe Stock, I am a Saudi Arabian expatriate, I have 2 questions, 1, which address should I put in the address line of my contributor account section, Saudi Arabian or Swadeshi? 2, Is there any restriction on uploading Photo PNG, Victor, all types of files at the same time in my Adobe Stock profile?

I'm not sure of the legalities of your address but I think it needs to be the address you use for the tax authorities. 

Yes, you can submit all file types on your Contributor account.
