Contributor cancellation

Hi!
I've decided it is time to move on and have emailed several (5+) requests to remove all of my submissions (stills/video) but have not yet received any answer. Please, please, please help me find out how this is done.

I've tried both the contributor contact form and the contributor email address. No answer.

Kind regards,

Joakim Lloyd Raboff (6k assets)

Correct answer Jill_C

Regarding the Free Assets, you were paid in advance last year to allow Adobe to use them in the Free Collection. If they're photographs that one year period is almost up, probably by the end of June when the new selection period for the Free Collection is concluded. If you did not renominate those assets, you'll presumably be able to delete them.

If I were you I'd manually delete them all

I'm guessing you didn't notice that I wrote that I have 6k+ stills and videos on Adobe Stock. As you can't remove them in bulk, deleting manually would take days if not weeks. 🙂

I mean.. you've waited for weeks. I'd delete them by now if I did a couple hundred a day. Or at least the ones with more popularity

There is only one correct way to contact contributor support: https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/Need-Help-Contact-Us.html

They answer by e-mail, so watch your spam folder. Allow a week or so for Adobe to answer, send a friendly reminder after that.

You should only use the e-mail address if instructed to do so.

Hi,

Thanks for trying to help.

It’s been a few weeks now and still no reply.

So either the Contributor support team is understaffed, overworked or a combo of both, or, they just don’t want me to cancel my account. 🙂

In any case, I do not undersand why Adobe has to be involved at all in the cancellation process.

This ought to be something that all Contributors could be empowered to do at any time (as many other stock contributor portals have chosen to implement).

Sincerely,
Joakim

One and two is the case.

And yes, you are right. You should be able to cancel your account anytime.
