Contributor critique - "quality issues"

Hello,

 

This pictures has been rejected for quality issue while others pictures handle the same way are not rejected. Can someone have the answer please ?

It's always difficult to second guess the moderators on the reasons they rejected an abstract asset. Maybe some personal bias is slipping in. Maybe. The first thing I noticed that may have been of concern to the moderator was that the clock on the tower could be just a tad more detailed so that the numbers were more discernible. No so highly detailed as to stand out against the rest of the image, but just enough so that one's imagination could see that there were numbers there.

Black and white is not wanted. Also, the rendering of items such as the keyboard are not good.

    How it is for the others one ? It is because too much cold colors ? I have the same problem with one that is mainly orange and another one one mainly white (snow mountains)

      The horse. Unrealistic keyboard with a gazillion keys, and he has only one button on his shirt for starters. Weird hairs on the top of his head that need cleaning up.
