I'm from Qatar and a stock contributor. Suddenly the downloads have dropped
When I cross checked on the Adobe stock site except one image non of the images from my profile is showing.
Even when I search for Qatar. I see relatively very small number of images available for the customera to download

Quatar is one of the restricted countries, where only a subset of assets is shown. All assets need to go through additional vetting to be open for sale in your region. The dropping in sales has nothing to do with this, however. That is probably standard slowdown.
Your files are open for sales in non-restricted regioins. You can check your portfolio by changing the country code in the URL to "ca" for Canada. If you can't do that yourself, post your public profile here and I will return an URL that works.
