It is my own photoage with no audio, and I had a couple of other files (just in a different direction) that was approved, and i honestly cant tell why those got accepted and these didnt

I think you meant that they were rejected due to Intellectual Property. Here's what the rejection reason actually states:

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY REFUSAL

Thanks for giving us the chance to consider your image.

During our review, we found that it contains elements that appear to be protected by intellectual property (IP) laws, so we can't accept it into our collection. Elements protected by IP may appear in the image or in the description, title, and/or keywords.

As others have said here, the buildings themselves might be subject to IP protections; visible signs and logos are always a reason for IP rejection.

You have IP violation issues. A copyright disclaimer is someting different. You should post the header of the refusal as you got it (in the language you have selected). It will make more sense then.

For the second: if you edit out Samsung, and no other issues are present, you may get that through.

For the first one, I see no chance.

Video must be legally cleared to use commercially.  You would need to submit signed property releases by the entities that own those identifiable buildings.

Hope that helps.

Just guessing: In the first example, the buildings are the primary subject and might require a property release; the Samsung logo in the bottom left of the 2nd example.
