could someone please explain why this picture was rejected as stock photo?

The image looks to me to be of some sort of bursting bud on a tree and overall it looks soft in terms of focus. Even the stem like structures look soft and I don't see any plane of sharp focus in the image that would grab my eye. Moderators on Adobe Stock are really very demanding and they need to see a sharp plane of focus at least in some key area of the image.
