Could someone provide generic critique on my photos? How do I improve, get my pics accepted etc?

Hey everyone, Would be grateful if anyone could provide some detailed critique on my pics. Just bought a Canon R50 and started taking pics.I’m a beginner’s beginner so I don’t expect Adobe to accept a lot of my submissions but what does not help is a generic reason like quality issues. Among my 78 submissions, 2 have been accepted.
So, if there’s anything I could work on ,please do chime in.

The photo has several problems which keep it from being accepted:

Monochrome
Identifying markings requiring a property release
Noise
Movement blur
Leaning verticals
Dust spot
Focus
Poorly cropped
Exposure. Especially the shadows.

You have a great beginners camera that will give you the quality Adobe Stock wants.

I appreciate your sincerity asking for feedback, it´s just that there's too much to cover in this picture alone. Since you're a beginner, you need to start with the basics. My best advice right now is that you pause from contributing until you have a better understanding of photo mechanics and the basics.

I wrote a basic photography course some years ago, and currently in the process of polishing it and finally do something with it. Send me a DM and I'll be happy to share it with you

BTW… to everyone else, I have been putting a lot of work to this project, in part inspired by this forum. I´m very proud and excited about this course and soon I will be sharing it with everyone here, interested in reading everyones feedback, specially from the Experts.

Too grainy and the building is slanted horizontally. And always check your histogram for under/over exposed areas. Also, it’s exceptionally rare to have black-and-white images approved.

We can’t tell you much if anything from looking at the thumbnails and we have no access to your submitted versions. Upload a couple of examples here. The file size limit for this forum is 5MB. Reduce the size of your assets so that they are as close as possible to this limitation.
