Could you help me figure out what kind of technical issue it could be?

So I uploaded the images out of lightroom and it seemed to be pretty ok. But it still was rejected.

Any ideas why?

Both photos need sharpening and the highlights and shadows are not properly exposed. Also the backgrounds need cleaned up. Here an example:

First image: no part of the flower seems to be in sharp focus, and background is distracting. Second image: messy poorly composed image and there's a big streak right in the middle - were you shooting through a dirty window?
