Before posting images here, optimize your full-sized image to under 5 MB.

Use Photoshop’s File > Export > Export As panel. Export as sRGB JPEG. See screenshot.

In the meantime, read through your Stock Contributor User Guide. Some requirements have recently changed. Stock is being a lot more particular about what they accept now.

It is impossible to identify issues by looking at the thumbnail.
Please post the exact same file to the community that you submitted to Adobe Stock.
