'couldn't be uploaded because its resolution is too large. Image must be at most 100 MP.' This error is showing when i upload image, i upscaled the image 4x times.

it was 6.43 MB png, 2912 px * 1632 px
but when i upscaled 4x in Topaz it becomes 24.2MB jpeg 17472px * 9792 px

but it is lower than 100MB then why it is not allowed to be uploaded?

Mega pixels is not mega bytes. You are confusing the units. 17000x9000 pixels is a 153,000,000 pixels picture and that is 153 Mega pixels.

That's over 58 inches at 300 dpi. You might consider reducing the longest side to 9000. That's 30 inches on the longest side, which is what I used to submit before lowering it to 24 inches. I don't know of any reason that an asset would need to be over 58 inches in width or height.
