Please I want to know if I created an image in Adobe Illustrator using a prompt and saved it as jpeg or png, when Uploading it to Adobe stock do I have to check "created using AI tools"??

You can't do that. It is not allowed to upload vectorized generative AI as vectors. You can for sure save it as a JPEG or better a PNG (with transparency!) and submit it as illustrations and checking the "Generative AI" checkmark.
