Hello Adobe Community Staff and Moderators,

I am requesting urgent moderator assistance regarding an orphaned support case that has received zero responses for 11 calendar days (9 full business days).

Case Details:
- Case Number: ADB-46962167-K4F1
- Category: Payment, taxes & bonus program - Royalties
- Last Interaction Date: September 7, 2026 (Follow-up sent September 14)
- Status: Stalled / No response

Summary of the Technical Defect:
My contributor profile [PPI removed by moderator] is locked in a backend validation rejection state when attempting to connect my verified Payoneer account:
"Payout Information not accepted. Please use a Payoneer account that is valid and unique to your contributor profile."

Facts:
1. The secondary email alias [PPI removed by moderator] as completely purged from my Adobe ID on September 5. There is no other contributor profile.
2. The Payoneer account belongs exclusively to me and previously received regular payouts from Adobe Canada Services Corporation without issue.
3. Multiple reconnect attempts are creating orphaned "Adobe Canada Services Corporation" merchant entries inside Payoneer, but Adobe's backend continuously rejects the handshake due to a retained/stuck unique-binding token hash.

Could an Adobe Community Manager please ping the Stock Billing / Tier-2 Operations team internally to review Case ADB-46962167-K4F1 and execute a manual backend reset of the payout method token?

Thank you for your assistance.

I’m locking this topic and removing sensitive personal information from your original post. It doesn’t belong in a public web forum where it could be exploited by bad actors.

Please use better judgement about what you post online for everyone to see.

Use the secure contact link your contributor portal. Once your case number is generated, wait for the Contributor Relations Team to contact you. There are hundreds of cases ahead of yours. You will have to wait your turn.

Nobody in this user-to-user forum can help you.

    Good luck.

    1. International banking regulations have changed.
    2. In some regions, you must upgrade from a personal to a business PayPal or Payoneer account. Without it, you can’t receive royalty payments from Adobe.
    3. When payment transfers get bounced back by your bank, that’s out of Adobe’s control.
    4. That’s a private matter between you and your bank.
    5. Contact Payoneer.

Adobe employees do not react to post made here in this forum. Since you have made an appeal there is nothing more that you can do. You must wait. The review can take weeks or even months.

Thank you for your response, RALPH_L, but I must respectfully clarify that this is NOT an account suspension appeal.

My Adobe Stock Contributor account is completely active, in good standing, and generating royalties daily. There is no policy violation, copyright issue, or account ban involved here.

The issue is strictly a technical billing/database glitch:
    1. Case ADB-46962167-K4F1 is an open technical support ticket regarding a Payoneer unique-binding collision ("Payout Information not accepted. Please use a Payoneer account that is valid and unique to your contributor profile").
    2. This error was caused by a temporary secondary email alias that was already completely removed on September 5.
    3. The support ticket has been left unattended for 11 calendar days (9 full business days) without a technical update.

Adobe Stock Community Managers and Staff frequently help escalate stalled technical cases where legitimate contributors are blocked from withdrawing their earned royalties due to backend handshake errors.

I am solely requesting an Adobe Employee / Community Manager to flag Case ADB-46962167-K4F1 to the Tier-2 Billing Operations team to execute a manual reset of the stuck payout binding token.
