¿Cuáles son los defectos?
Me gustaría recibir un análisis de esta imagen, que me han rechazado por desenfocada.

This is one of the images where careful sharpening will help.
Normally sharpening will create unnatural artefacts if pushed, but here you are lucky and have the stone structure. Using a specialized program for sharpening will help further to get the image sharp in a esthetically natural way. I used here the Adobe Camera Raw sharpener tool to quickly get a result.
And btw: it would be nice to have more information on camera, lens, aperture etc. And it is worth saying that you have shot raw or jpeg. (Like any serious stock photographer you should consider shooting raw).
