Can I withdraw a custom amount instead of withdrawing the entire amount that I have earned?

I wanted to ensure that the withdrawal process is functioning correctly before proceeding with the full withdrawal.

There's no risk in requesting the full amount. If the payment account (PayPal or whatever you're using) isn't set up properly and doesn't accept the transfer, it will be returned automatically to Adobe and will become available to be re-requested. You can test your PayPal account by using it to pay for some small purchase.
