Customer service via Chat told me they would discount my subscription from the new $60/mo to $20/mo

I recently had a perplexing experience with Adobe's customer service via chat regarding my subscription billing and another issue concerning model releases through Adobe Stock. During a chat session, a representative assured me that they would reduce my monthly subscription fee from the new $60 to $20. However, upon receiving my bill, I found that the charges remained the same.

This discrepancy has left me frustrated and seeking clarification. Unfortunately, attempting to reach out to a human representative at Adobe to discuss this matter and my concerns regarding model releases through Adobe Stock seems nearly impossible. The lack of accessible communication channels is disheartening, especially when dealing with billing discrepancies and legal matters such as model releases.

Could anyone provide guidance on how to effectively contact a real person at Adobe to resolve these issues? I'm eager to have clarity on my billing situation and address the concerns I have regarding model releases through Adobe Stock. Any assistance or insights would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

If customer service via chat told you that they will reduce your fee, you will need to contact customer service again via chat.

What are your concerns regarding model releases? Are you a stock contributor or a stock buyer?

You're mixing apples & alligators.

1. Subscription & account billing is handled by Adobe Customer Support. They can be reached via online chat or Twitter/X.

2. Stock Contributor Support is a separate division.  But Reviewer's decsions are final. There is no appeals process.

The two issues you have noted here would require communicating through two different channels. Subscription and billing issues go to Customer Support. Model release issues go to Contributor Support, accessed by the Contact Us link on your Contributor account. However, you're likely to get a quicker response regarding the model release if you post your question here in the Stock Contributor forum.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
