A search for sunsets yields over 33 and a half million results. Even if accepted, there is a lot of competition. And watch your exposure in any event.

This one could be brightened up. The yellow color cast is probably natural under the conditions in which it was shot, but could be toned down a bit.

Other services have different customers and acceptance standards. Most Stock buyers are also Adobe product users. They expect commercial-quality artwork for use in professional projects—print, TV, films, marketing, promotions, & merchandise.

Adobe only uses the best of the best. You need to take a photography course on lighting and composition. Look at the other pictures on the site, like yours. You will see how your lighting compares. Don’t give up, but if your lighting doesn’t look like the accepted pictures  don’t put them up. Try to find a course on lighting and editing.
