Data modification

Hello.

Could I ask you for help?

I operate a contributor account as an individual, there have already been sales, but I have not yet requested a payment (I could). However, due to changes in the law, I now have to start a business and bring this activity of mine into the business.

My question is, how can this be solved? Is it enough if I change the data and upload a new tax declaration? Or is it more complicated than that? Do I need to ask customer service for help with the modification?

My other question is, as long as there was no payment for it, is it easier to transcribe it? (That's why I waited until now to request payment.) Or can I request payment now and can the data be easily changed afterwards?

Thank you very much for the answers!

Correct answer Abambo

Contributing is a business. If you need to incorporate that is based on your local laws. Adobe requests that you submit a tax form reflecting your situation. If you do not submit that, you pay 30% of taxes on each sale. Taxes are due the moment the sale happens, not the moment the money gets retrieved.

You won't obtain any valid, legal advice here regarding structuring your business to accommodate stock sales income. You should engage a local business attorney to do so.

I just want to know what the process is to convert an account to a business on Adobe Stock?

As I said, you'll need to consult a local tax / business specialist to get that question answered.
