Deactivated Contributor Account – Verification needed due to legal Name Change

Hello Adobe Support & Community Managers, My Stock Contributor account [removed by moderator[ was deactivated shortly after I requested a payout via Payoneer. My support tickets submitted via the Contributor Contact Form were closed without a response. I believe the account was flagged automatically during the payout check due to a name mismatch: 1. Model/Property Releases: Older uploaded files contain releases signed under my former last name. 2. Payout Details: My Payoneer account and current ID use my new legal last name following a legal name change. All uploaded content belongs entirely to me. I have all official supporting documents ready. Could an Adobe Staff member or Compliance team member please review my case and provide a secure way for me to submit my verification documents? Thank you for your help.

Also change your screen name to something besides your email address.

If you don’t, your inbox will be inundated with spam.

No Adobe employees here, sorry. This is public user-to-user forum, not a secure channel to Adobe.

We are contributors like yourself and Adobe does not participate in this forum. You have a case number. Your only option now is to continue waiting until Adobe completes their investigation, which, unfortunately, can take weeks or even months.

Since I submitted two tickets previously, does that mean they were deleted/cancelled completely, or is the original request still in the queue for the Compliance team to review? Should I just keep waiting for an email response?

Not sure why they would have been cancelled out. Adobe does state that one should submit only one appeal to avoid prolonging already long investigation times. Do you still have access to a Contact link at the bottom of your dashboard when you try to access it? If so, you might try that first instead of submitting another appeal.
