There have been people who's stockphoto account were deactivated. Are there people who

1.Solved the problem

2.Still waiting for months or longer for a response from adobe

3.Who's account was deactivated

 

Like to hear the experiences

Hi @Robert 123 ,

From the feedback I get from contributors I'd answer yes for the first two questions, but I don't know the answer for the third. Except a contributor tells us his/her account experience, we don't know.

Yes,  Several have written that they have had their accounts activated. Six months - that's a long time.

I dont think you will get the responses that I think you are hoping for.
1. Users have reported getting their accounts reactivated.

2. Several users have reported that they have been waiting for more than 4 weeks. Some have reported over four months.

3. All are users that are suspected of violating the agreement terms. Usually irregular sales activity or constantly mislabeling AI generated images.

Some accounts get reactivated, some get closed forever. 

 

Sometimes, contributors do not read the answer from Adobe contributor support correctly, when they say that the auccount stays closed forever.
