If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.

As @George_F indicated, you must reply to the "Contact Us" link on your page and wait for Adobe to reply. They do have means of determining the source of the sales. We have received reports here in the forum, that once those illegal sales are removed from your sales activity, and they have satisfied themselves that the account owner was not involved in soliciting those sales, the account will be restored. 

The fact is that, particularly since the advent of Generative AI assets on the site, there have been many, many Contributors who have cheated, or engaged in schemes to illegally increase their sales. Once their algorithms detect such unusual sales activity, they suspend the account while investigating. 

Don't send emails since those don't create a Support Ticket in the Contributor Support System. Use the Contact Us link which does create a Ticket.

It's important to know that we are fellow contributors here and can't offer assistance other than recommending to follow the instructions on the page when you attempt to log in.  If the account has been recently suspended there is likely an investigation happening to determine whether it's temporary or permanent.

If Adobe has deemed the sales on your account to be fraudulent, there isn't anything more to do unfortunately.
