Dear all
Have a payment delay since Monday, January 27, 2025 ? never happened before , I contact the support and they replay :
Conversions usually take “approximately 10 business days” to be processed, but occasionally it could take a little longer.
Any one passed the same issue ?

    You're at nine business days (the day of withdrawal doesn't count). You should see a payment on Monday or Tuesday.

      I make withdrawals once or twice a month, but I recently experienced that my withdrawal request in January was paid out 3-4 days later than usual. Usually, I transferred to Pioneer on the 8th business day, but this time it seems it took about 12 days.
