delete a file and reupload same or how to change thumbnail of accepted file

I uploaded a logo with eps and jpg zip file. it was accepted but it is showing the wrong thumbnail. current thumbnail have two separate vectors that i submitted already... is it a glitch in site? how to fix it? can I delete that accepted file and re-upload it with same title and keywords??

You should no more upload the preview file in a Zip. It gets ignored and the preview gets generated from the vector file.

(And yes, you can delete any file and upload again, but you risk that the file gets rejected the second time. There is no guarantee that the new moderator will accept the asset.)

Yes you can delete and resubmit the file to test whether that corrects the issue.
