Deleted images

Is it normal to have images deleted after they have been accepted?
And can images that were about two months in review also disappear?
They don't even show up as rejected, they're just gone.
There were even some images that disappeared that had been sold, so my balance decreased. 🤷‍♂

No, it's not normal to have assets getting deleted. If they get refused, there is a refusal reason.

Did Stock request a model or property release?  Did you check your pending folder?

Customer complaints and/or regional restrictions could be at work. Some countries have strict decency laws for  religious reasons.

As Jill said, assets that haven't sold well are purged from inventory to make room for newer content.  Adobe Stock has a reputation for commercial quality assets to protect.

There have been a few reports recently of assets being purged. That can happen if a Buyer complains about the poor quality of an asset which is then sent back to the Moderation team for another look at both that particular asset and others in the account. There might also be some database cleanup underway. Were the deleted files Generative AI assets?
