denied for "Technical Issues"

I submitted a dragonfly phot and it was denied for "technical isses".  Asing for feed back as to what "tecnical issues" could be.

Hello,

I think your white balance is incorrect. It's too warm - too yellow. You should reduce the yellow cast a bit. Also, there are some signs of noise in the background.
