Design Submission: Non-Editable Vector Illustration

If my design is 'non-editable,' can I write the word 'non-editable' on the design itself and include it in the title?

As a customer, would you pay for a vector graphic that you could not edit? Probably not. 😞

That's not much of a selling point, is it?
