Deviations for downloading any formats

Good afternoon, I have this situation. For more than two weeks now, I have not been able to upload any images to the site, neither png nor jpeg. I generate AI images, and previously such files were uploaded to the site for verification, but for the last 2 weeks none of the formats have been loaded at all, I constantly get an error with a link to read the requirements for the files and does not give a more specific reason, only general requirements , which correspond to me. I wrote to technical support but I still have not received any answer, maybe you have encountered such a situation and can recommend something to me, I will be very grateful for any help

Hi, If you generate images from Midjourney, recently they changed their images format from jpg to webp. Now if you save images from directly from discord they, they will be saved as webp. But if you download those images from website they will be downlaoded as png. So if you directly do 'save image as' from discord so you also have to convert file from webp to png or jpg. The upscaler I use has a built in option to save upscaled images in jpg. it's called 'Upscayl' Or you can also use Topaz Gigapixel as it also have this option.

As have most websites.  It's a crying shame that Adobe & this forum platform do not support WebP by now.

I've mentioned it several times to Adobe, all to no avail.  😓

From Can I Use WebP:

"Image format (based on the VP8 video format) that supports lossy and lossless compression, as well as animation and alpha transparency. WebP generally has better compression than JPEG, PNG and GIF and is designed to supersede them."

I fear that by the time Adobe gets around to embracing WebP it will have been superceded by AVIF and JPG XL.

Did you re-read the submission requirements as recommended?

Are you using acceptable titles, keywords & descriptions?

On the outside chance that this is browser related,  try using another desktop browser that accepts scripts and doesn't have VPN enabled.

Your problem description is the kind of: My car does not start. Yesterday it started, tell me what is wrong.

You will need to post ONE and only one asset as submitted here. It would also be nice to see the error message you get. That will enable us to give you qualified support.

Before doing that, however, you may check @RALPH_L's advice: check if your asset is 4 mega pixels (not 4 megabytes!).

Post a screenprint of the error code you're receiving.

Just guessing, but it sounds to me as if the files do not meet the size requirement.
