Did’t get my earning in my paypal

Question

Hello. I requested my earnings to paypal when 31 Jan and payout history status it says payment done But I didn't get my earning in my payment, i can check about e-mail or paypal with payout history? My ID is 207469676 and please help me..

No one here in the Community Forum can help with this request since we do not have the ability to look into your account. You'll need to contact Adobe directly. I requested a payment on February 9th and was advised today (February 15th) that the funds had been received by PayPal.

Use the Contact Us link at the bottom of your Dashboard page to contact Adobe .
